Almost one in five young people are unemployed in Northern Ireland, according to latest figures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justed\">Are those voices being heard when it comes to the election?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justed\">Courses to help young people get into work are held at the Spectrum Centre on the Shankill Road in Belfast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justed\">Among them is 18-year-old Donna Rennie who said she would &#8220;love to get a job&#8221;. &#8220;I&#8217;ve applied for loads but it doesn&#8217;t work, there&#8217;s always somebody better,&#8221; she said. &#8220;It&#8217;s not a nice feeling.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justed\">It&#8217;s a feeling Marc Young knows only too well. &#8220;I went to school, got my GCSEs and A-levels and I thought I would walk into a job but I haven&#8217;t,&#8221; he added. &#8220;I&#8217;ve applied everywhere and just haven&#8217;t heard back which is really frustrating.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justed\">So what is the answer?
