Application documentation is available via this <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eacea.ec.europa.eu\/erasmus-plus\/funding\/capacity-building-in-field-youth-2016-round-2_en\"><span style=\"color:#96546e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">LINK<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. This project line enables organisations or institutions from Serbia, B&amp;H, Montenegro, Albania and *Kosovo to be project leaders but also partners as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justed\">For more information about the rules, eligibility, possibilities for participation etc. please consult the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/erasmus-plus\/sites\/erasmusplus\/files\/files\/resources\/erasmus-plus-programme-guide_en.pdf\"><span style=\"color:#96546e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Erasmus + Programme Guide, 2016, version 2<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. We also remind prospective applicants that <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eacea.ec.europa.eu\/PPMT\/\"><span style=\"color:#96546e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">PIC number registration<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span style=\"color:#96546e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/span>is mandatory for all partners on the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justed\">Organisations wishing to apply are invited to submit applications on-line to the EACEA.
