The education system is the biggest impediment for the youth to become entrepreneur. It has been a traditional practice that people with higher education have a better chance of becoming successful entrepreneurs. However, that is no longer true in today’s world. Education should not be the only way to success, it should be more about skills and passion. The education system needs to change its curriculum so that it focuses on developing entrepreneurial skills and teaching students how to think creatively, instead of just following instructions.
Algerian Youth: Education and Entrepreneurship
“Education is not the learning of facts, but the training
of the mind to think!” – Albert Einstein”
The Algerian Youth are often seen as the future of the country. They are educated, ambitious and hard-working. We will explore the education and entrepreneurship of Algerian youth.
The Algerian Youth is often seen as a symbol of hope for Algeria’s future. With a population that is young and educated, it is no surprise that they are also ambitious and hard-working. The government has taken strides to improve their quality of life by improving their access to education, healthcare and employment opportunities. However, there is still much work to be done in order to ensure these children have bright futures ahead of them.
Is our current educational system failing entrepreneurs?
The educational system in our country is just focused on marks and thus demotivates children who think outside the box. Our education system is not designed to nurture a child’s creative mind or encourage them to explore their interests.
We need to make sure that we are focusing on the development of a child’s creativity and personality, rather than just their academic performance. We should be encouraging children to explore new things, instead of just telling them what they can’t do or what they are not good at.
What is the education system flaws?
- It basically says that grades/marks are more important than anything else in the world.
- The system does not care about his/her passion and ambitions.
- Lake of professional teachers
The system provides children with a large amount of pressure because of which most of them are not even able to develop their creative skills or a passion for something. People spend more than 14 years in school that is a great period of our life, and if the things that we learn from there isn’t worthy enough to have a dream work life, then we have no right to complain and be angry.”― Steve Jobs “Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school.”― George Santayana
Schools Weren’t Built for Tomorrow’s Leaders
Modern-day schooling is out of date. Young leaders, innovators, and creators are being turned into robotic machines that follow assignments to generate grades. The grade school years are meant to help students find who they are, but schools today are nothing more than a glorified holding facility for carbon copy education.
Every student has his own set of strengths and weaknesses, and yet we find every student following the same exact academic agenda as their peers. It’s almost like schools are asking all students to wear the same size shirt, despite the inevitable variety in body shapes and sizes.
One of the main concerns surrounding education is the lack of future leaders. A lot of people believe that the next generation of leaders are growing in the current generation. Schools are designed to prepare students for a career, but not for leadership. Students need to have different types of experiences in order to become strong leaders. Taking risks, overcoming obstacles and developing key skills are all necessary for developing a strong leader.
Algerian youths Pursuing Higher Education and Its Impact on their Pursuit of Entrepreneurship
In Algeria, the pursuit of higher education has increased over the last decade. This is due to a number of factors such as the growth in the number of public universities, a rise in private universities, and an increase in government scholarships.
This has been beneficial for Algerian youths who are pursuing higher education because it has allowed them to be more competitive in the job market and to have greater opportunities for entrepreneurship.
Conclusion
“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.” – Benjamin Franklin
In conclusion, the Algerian youth is not only educated but also entrepreneurial. They are doing their best to contribute to the development of their country and they are succeeding in a lot of ways.
